Danke, Michael!
There has been a lot of wind the last days. Strong wind, that broke the wipers of my car in the middle of a rain storm. Not good, but they are fixed by now. I really love wind. It reminds me of Heidi on the mountain pasture, who couldn’t run fast enough to listen to the wind in the firs behind the cottage. But then, during the night, the wind disturbs me as there is always something that makes noise: a garden chair or the watering can topple over, the door of the shed is ripped wide open, shutters go to and fro. These sounds are disturbing. They aggravate me and I cannot sleep. By day, on the other hand, I love this powerful performance of nature.
I’m anticipating the snow, which the weather forecast has been talking about. Therefore, I checked the temperatures first thing in the morning: It’s a bit still too warm. But who knows, sometimes it gets cold very fast and there might be some snowflakes on my nose later in the day. I’m ready!
